Does it block your view while driving?
Nope! It sits below the windshield wiper areaβcompletely out of your line of sight. You won't even notice it.
What if I accidentally bump the button while driving?
That won't happen. We've built in an antiβmistouch switch with oneβtouch power cutβoff. No worries about accidental activation on the road β ever.
Is it safe for my vehicle's electrical system?
Yes. The unit is designed to operate within12Vβ16V vehicle electrical systemsand is used only as a power source for the motorized sunshade. It does not require modification of your vehicleβs original system. When installed and used correctly, it provides a stable and practical power solution for everyday use.
Will it block the air vents?
No. The vents run along the curved bottom edge of the windshield. The sunshade is a straight bar shape and doesn't touch the glass near those vents β so airflow stays completely unobstructed.
What if I can't find the OBD2 port in my vehicle?
If you cannot locate the OBD port, you will typically need to use a cigarette lighter adapter to proceed with the installation; please contact us if you do not have one.
What if it stops working?
